Swedish massage is your typical every day massage, using smooth, long, relaxing strokes, as well as light, rhythmic, tapping strokes, ranging from light to firm in to the clients muscles. Even though this type of massage isn't deep tissue, the techniques used will still relax and relieve muscle tension. Swedish therapy is mainly a relaxing and renewing.
I combine the techniques of both Deep Tissue and NMT so clients can get treatment for chronic pain. Deep tissue massage therapy uses deeper pressure and is beneficial in releasing chronic muscle tension. The focus is on the deepest layers of muscle tissue, tendons and fascia. Neuromuscular therapy is a form of soft tissue manipulation that aims to treat underlying causes of chronic pain involving the muscular and nervous systems., addressing trigger points (tender muscles points)
Graston Technique is an instrument assisted soft-tissue technique that is used to reduce scar tissue and muscle adhesions . Similar to a deep tissue or sports massage, the Graston tool helps to release both the superficial and intermediate fascial and muscular layers. Graston Technique is clinically proven to achieve faster and better outcomes for acute and chronic conditions and injuries such as Achilles Tendonitis, Carpal Tunnel, Adhesive Capsulitis, IT Band Syndrome, Lumbar Strain ect...

We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:
24 hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice you will be charged the full amount of your appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged for their “missed” appointment.
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
We look forward to serving you
