These are recipes that I have adapted or created on my own. Except the recipes that involve baking breads and such, most of these are more guideline than recipes. I believe cooking should be fun and experimental, allowing for swaps, switches, little extra dash here, little less something there to fit your dietary needs and/or preferences.
